Freelancer is a single person so only we get design and technologies which known to that person only, but in the case of a company they are a group and there will be more professionals to work for you.Freelancers will stop their service whenever they want because they don't have proper office or registrations. For example, when a freelancer gets a better job then they will leave and all the customers will lose their websites and domain names.
Freelancers can only provide one or two services from there side but in the case of web designing companies, they can provide multiple services related to your website and business. Companies are better to deliver the project on time, because of their resource.
Freelancers can't follow professionalism in any cases because of their limitations, but in the case of company they will follow professionalism in every step. Most of the freelancers not maintaining an office or proper address, so the follow up and meeting will be a crucial thing, but in the case of companies they will have proper license and office.
